Respondents Prayer : - Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2016 and 29.11.2016 pursuant to the recommendation report of the 3rd respondent dated 30.01.2017 and to restore the patta No.1128 in the name of the petitioner and his family members.

ORDER

Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 in the writ petition and notice to the 4th respondent has been dispensed with. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. On earlier occasion, this Court, by order dated 02.01.2020 had recorded the statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, who stated that by order dated 02.01.2020, the 2nd respondent had directed the 3rd respondent to make changes in the entries in respect of the names in the patta.

3. Now it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the 3rd respondent had effected necessary changes and therefore the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.
