This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 02.09.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.21347 of 2024 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21347 of 2024 dated 02.09.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
