This Petition has been filed to extend the time for a period of fifteen days to execute the sureties and comply the condition imposed as per the order of this Court in Crl.OP.No.22459 of 2024 its order dated 18.09.2024.

3.Time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 18.09.2024 in Crl.OP.No.22459 of 2024 is hereby extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that there will not be any further extension.
