The notice by way of substituted service is ordered to the respondents 1 and 2, directing the learned counsel for the applicant to publish about the Original Petition by effecting newspaper publication in any one of the Tamil leading newspaper circulated widely in the area concerned, indicating the date of hearing of the petition as 29.11.2019. Proof of such paper publication shall be filed before this Court. Accordingly this application is ordered.
