ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 12.08.2024 passed in M.C.No.26 of 2023, on the file of the Family Court at Tiruvallur.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of petitioner and also for the past one hearing. The learned counsel for respondent appeared and submitted that there is an arrears of maintenance. Therefore, he prayed to direct the petitioner to pay the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for default and the petitioner is directed to pay arrears of maintenance to be paid by him within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the respondent is entitled to recover the same as per manner known to law.
