Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that on instructions, he has chosen to withdraw the writ petition. So he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made by him, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
