O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to consider the petitioner's Bail Application in connection with the Crime No.432 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police on his surrender.

2. The prayer sought in this petition cannot be entertained in view of Section 15A of the SC/ST Act, which mandates notice to the defacto complainant. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is always open to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge cum Special Judge for SC/ST Cases, Tiruvannamalai and seek appropriate remedy.
