The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the concerned learned Magistrate on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the filing of final report passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18735 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.

No.8112 of 2022, dated 13.12.2022.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
