This petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hand of the 1st respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 of IPC and Section 66D of IT Act, 2008 in Crime No.3 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police, seeks interstate anticipatory bail.

2.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed since there are no information given by either the learned counsel for the petitioner or is available.

The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, if at all he gets better information and better instructions. The Court cannot make a roving enquiry on the basis of the records which are incomplete.
