The Divisional Manager v. J.Palani

C.M.P.No.4207 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.136638 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 35 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Though notice was served to RR1 to 5, none appears before this Court. Notice is dispensed with for R-6, as he remained ex-parte before the Court below.

3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 35 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same 'for admission'.

Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel at the time of admission. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
