2. We have heard Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.D.Shivakumaran, learned counsel for the second respondent.
3. Status report is filed by the Tahsildar, Avadi. It is stated that no encroachment has been made by the second respondent in S.No.39 (Old No.579/1B1A).
