ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the first respondent called him over phone and asked him to appear for enquiry on 22.04.2025 on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent. Accordingly, the petitioner appeared

before the first respondent for enquiry and during enquiry he was forced to give explanation and the petitioner denied any dealing with the fourth respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after his appearance before the first respondent for enquiry, the petitioner received summons from all the three respondents and they are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that the enquiry against the petitioner before the first respondent has been closed. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that whenever, the petitioner receive summons from the second respondent, the petitioner shall appear for enquiry.

4. In such view of the matter, the petitioner shall appear for enquiry before the second respondent, whenever he receives summons from the second respondent.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
