The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 318(2), 313, 351 and 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.Not Known of 2024 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent represents that already the investigation has been conducted and closed. He further represents that as on date, no case is pending against the petitioner.
