When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Poovanalingam (E.No.638 of 1993), learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made the following endorsement to that effect: "The H.M.O.P. No.97/2018 is dismissed for default. The transfer petition has become infructuous. The Transfer CMP 896/2019 may be dismissed as withdrawn."
