Captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petitions' (hereinafter 'CMPs' in plural and 'CMP' in singular for the sake of brevity) have been filed with a 'Condonation of Delay' (CoD) prayer qua 82 days delay in representing C.M.P. SR. No.87095 of 2023 in A.S. No.173 of 2020 and C.M.P. SR. No.87096 of 2023 in A.S. No.315 of 2021.

2. Adverting to paragraph 3 of support affidavit, learned counsel submits that the reason has been articulated therein. Usual stock reason of the papers being mixed up with other bundles has been set out in paragraph 3.

3. Be that as it may, considering the nature of the matter, facts and circumstances of the case and the manner in which the parties are circumstanced, CoD prayer in the captioned CMPs is acceded to.
