O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file additional charge sheet inducting Sections 465, 471, 468 and 506(1) IPC as per the first information report in Crime No.190 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police including Ammena Beevi and file the same before the learned Judicial Magistrate Veppanthattai in C.C.No.157 of 2019.

Heard Mr.D.Kumaralingam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

On a perusal of the records, it is clear that the investigation had been completed and the respondent police had filed a final report and the Trial Court has taken cognizance of the offences in C.C.No.35 of 2019 and the said C.C.No.35 of 2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the file of Magistrate Court, Perambalur has been transferred to learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Veppanthattai and renumbered as C.C.No.157 of 2019. 4.

During trial, if any ingredient is made out attracting any other offences as against the other accused persons, the petitioner can very well move invoke under Section 319 of Cr.P.C before the Trial Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
