ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.D.Bharathy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.A.Arun Babu, learned Standing Counsel for the fifth respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the prayer with regard to cancelling the license and the 'no objection certificate' issued in favour of the sixth respondent.

3. The learned counsel submits that his limited prayer now is to regulate the traffic since parking space is not available in front of the sixth respondent owned hotel.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submits that parking space exists and traffic is regulated. For those who have violated, six cases are booked and an amount of Rs.3,000/- was collected for parking. Instructions are given to the patrol vehicles to clear the parking disturbance, every half an hour, in front of the Manoj Bhavan Hotel. 'No Parking' board is also erected.

5. In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
