This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.8(b) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25558 of 2022 on 19.10.2022 in Crime No.249 of 2022 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
