ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents herein to Survey the land and fix boundary stones in respect of Natham Survey No.264/1F-08 cents property situated at Mudiyanoor Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and Kallakurichi District on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 25.06.2025.

2. Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property comprised in Natham Survey No.264/1F-08 cents, Mudiyanoor Village, kallakurichi. This being so, the petitioner filed an application through online dated 25.06.2025 for the purpose of conducting survey and fix the boundaries of his property along with requisite fee. However, till date, the said online application was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has come forward 2/6

with the present writ petition.

Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated 25.06.2025 to survey and measure the petitioner's property and fix the boundaries.

5. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's online application dated 25.06.2025 would be considered and orders passed within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

7. Considering the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to survey and fix the boundaries in respect of aforesaid petitioner's property, after giving due 3/6

notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved persons, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say, in case of any obstruction being created by third parties, the second respondent is at liberty to approach the Police officials, in which case, the Police officials shall render assistance to the second respondent to carry out the aforesaid exercise.

8. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
