PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ or order or orders or direction, particularly in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the connected records made in impugned notice dated 21.10.2019 issued by the Inspector of Police, Vanthavasi South Police Station, the Second Respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and direct the first respondent to grant permission to conduct agitation on 12.11.2019 at 10.00 A.M near Vanthavasi Taluk Office, Thiruvannamalai District or any other suitable dates by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2019 on the file of the first respondent herein.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to grant permission to conduct agitation on 12.09.2019 condemning the act of the third respondent. Since the said date is already over, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the first respondent within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If any such representation is given, the first respondent has to dispose of the said petition after giving opportunity to the petitioner to submit his contentions and inform the result to the petitioner within a week thereafter.

2. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
