This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22820 of 2022 on 21.09.2022 as far as appearance of the petitioner before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on every Saturday, until further orders is concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet.
