O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 16.10.2023 and subsequently cancel the illegal sale deed in Document No.1888/2013 dated 04.06.2013 at Sub Registrar Office, Sunguvarchathiram.

This Court time and again held that the representation with regard to the revenue grievances of the general public have to be redressed within reasonable time. Further this Court by its order dated 09.06.2023 in W.P.No.262 of 2018 etc. batch issued directions and subsequent to which, the circular dated 17.07.2023 was also issued by the Commissioner of Land Administration to all the competent authorities. In the said circular, certain guidelines and time limits to redress the grievances of the general public have been issued. In view of the above and considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents 1 2/4

to 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2023 and after serving notice to the respondents 4 and 5 rival claimants and interested parties, if any, pass orders on merits in accordance with law by following the guidelines and time limits stated in the above circular dated 17.07.2023.

With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
