Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to impugned Order No.191/DWCD/WD/A5/DWY/2025/1264 dated 14.08.2025 passed by 2nd respondent namely the Assistant Director (WD), Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Puducherry communicating the decision of the 1st respondent namely Dowry Advisory Board, Constituted under Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Government of Puducherry and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to furnish copy the enquiry report along with entire supportive documents submitted thereon on the dowry harassment complaint lodged by the petitioner's wife Tmt.Lohitha, W/o.Karthikeyan forthwith without any further delay.
