The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) of BNS, 2023 in connection with the Crime No. not known of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that no case has been registered as against the petitioner. He further submitted that petition enquiry is pending and they will complete the enquiry as early as possible. During the enquiry, they will not harass the petitioner.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
