This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 14.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13204 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Sessions Court, where the case has been committed, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter during the Court hearing dates except for unavoidable circumstances.
