ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to survey and point out the field boundaries of the petitioner's ancestral property compressed in Survey Numbers 445/2, 447/1A, 447/1C, 447/3A, 445/3B at Alamarathupatti Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District to an extent of totally 1.78 Acres by fixing stones in pursuance of the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2022.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the representation made by the petitioner dated 30.07.2022, the first respondent has passed an order dated 21.03.2025.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and that may be a reason for the petitioner's non-appearance before this Court.
