ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II to issue the copy of the judgment on the basis of the copy application filed by him on 23.09.2019 to produce the judgment dated 23.08.2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court - II, Erode in S.T.C.No.279 of 2012.

2. A perusal of the copy of the copy application shows that the trial court has returned the copy application on the ground that NBW is pending. This court is of the view that pendency of NBW is not a bar for granting certified copy of the judgment to the counsel for the accused.

3. Hence, the petitioner is directed to re-present the copy application within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The trial court is directed to entertain the said application and grant certified copy of the judgment to the counsel for the accused.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
