This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.13359 of 2023, by an order dated 21.6.2023, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 am., until further orders.
