The petitioners/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 417, 420, 468, 469, 471 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.175 of 2023 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that already this petitioner was arrested and released by the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and he has also produced the copy of the bail order to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
