This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.22995 of 2023 dated 09.10.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3.Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gummudipoondi, once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Fresh order copy may be issued.
