2. On an earlier occasion i.e., on 08.10.2025, this case was listed under the caption "for reporting compliance" to comply with the orders passed by this Court on 16.09.2025 and when the matter was called on that 2/4

day, there was no representation for the petitioners and the order was also not complied with. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal.

3. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioners and the order was also not complied with. Hence, the Writ Petitions stand dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
