O R D E R

This Court by order dated 16.09.2025 had granted stay to the petitioners on certain conditions. The relevant portion of the order reads as follows: "The petitioner in W.P.No.34833 of 2025 shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- and the petitioner in W.P.No.34839 of 2025 shall deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- before the second respondent on or before 06.10.2025. Consequent to the order of interim stay, the respondents shall not evict the petitioner from the subject property. In case of any failure in payment of the aforesaid amount, the order of Interim Stay shall stand automatically vacated and the respondents are at liberty to proceed with the process of eviction forthwith."

2. Today the matter is listed under the caption "for reporting compliance". None appears for the petitioners. The learned Special Government Pleader for the fifth respondent and learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 are present and submitted that the order of this Court dated 16.09.2025 has not been complied with.

3. Since the order of this Court dated 16.09.2025 has not been complied with by the petitioners, all the Miscellaneous Petitions stand dismissed.

4. Registry is directed to post the main cases on 10.10.2025 under the caption "for dismissal".
