This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2939 of 2022 dated 24.11.2022 to appear and sign before the respondent police daily once at 10.00 a.m until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Court below granted bail to the petitioner vide order dated C.M.P.No.2939 of 2022 on 24.11.2022 with a condition that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders. He further submits that the petitioner is a resident of other state and he us unable to comply with the said condition. Hence prays to modify the said condition

Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month until further orders.
