This petition has been filed to relax the condition order dated 12.10.2023 passed in Crl.O.P.No.23558 of 2023 directing the 1st petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30a.m until further orders and the 2nd petitioner shall stay at Kanniyakumari and report before the Inspector of Police, Aralvoimozhi Police Station daily at 10.30a.m until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
