This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 16.11.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.17240 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21584 of 2022 to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
