The legal heirs of the sole deceased plaintiff have taken out these applications for condonation of delay in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole plaintiff, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole plaintiff, and to bring on record the legal heir of the deceased sole plaintiff as proposed plaintiffs.

2. Heard the learned counsel. Having satisfied with the reasons and averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed.
