issue patta to the petitioner in respect of land situated in S.No.118/6 (Sub Division No.118/11), Senthamangalam Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Kallakurichi District to the extent of one hectare by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 14.03.2023 within a stipulated time as this Court fixes.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 4 and 5 to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of land situated in S.No.118/6 (Sub Division No.118/11), Senthamangalam Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Kallakurichi District to the extent of one hectare by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 14.03.2023 within a stipulated time as this Court fixes. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, respondents 4 & 5 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2023 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
