The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First Respondent to dispose of appeal pending before the Second Respondent in proceedings Na. Ka. No. 27613/2018/J2 dated 21.12.2018 within the stipulated period of time. 2.
Mr. R. Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First to Fourth Respondents, on instructions, states that the First Respondent has disposed that appeal by order No. Pa. Mu. 27613/ 2019/J2 dated 16.12.2019 and has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to her to work out her remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
