Respondents PRAYER:The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Cr.Nos.678 of 2022 & 677 of 2022 on the file of P5-M.K.B.Nagar Police Station at Chennai respectively and quash the same.

Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER To quash the cases in crime Nos.678 of 2022 & 677 of 2022 on the file of P5-M.K.B.Nagar Police Station at Chennai, the present criminal original petitions have been filed.

2.When the matters are takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent in both the cases submitted that in these cases, investigations have been completed and final report also been filed before the VI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore and the same were taken on file in C.C.Nos.3446 of 2023 & 4901 of 2023.
