ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 2nd Respondent to survey his property with an extent of 2055 sq.feet in Survey No.48/2, bearing Plot No.94, M.G.Nagar, Adhanoor Village, Kundrathur Panchayat Union, South Chennai Registration District, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, by considering online application dated 01.10.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she purchased the above mentioned property under registered sale deed dated 11.09.2012. Thereafter, she submitted an online application on 01.10.2024 bearing Challan No.20241001023264 seeking survey of the subject property, however the same has not been considered. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has come before this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application will be considered on its own merits within the time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the 2nd Respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 01.10.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, 3rd Respondent and other interested parties.
