Mr.Moheet.L.Rathore, learned counsel for applicants and Mr.M.Abdul Nazeer, learned counsel for all four respondents are before this Court.

2. To be noted, this matter was referred to the 'Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre' under the aegis of this Court ('TNMCC' for brevity) vide an order of referral dated 02.12.2019.

3. On the side of applicants Mr.K.Dheen Mohamed and on the side of respondents Mr.K. Basheer Ahamed, his spouse Mrs.Fowzia Begum and their son Mr.B.Jaffer Ahamed are present.

4. Parties on both sides and learned counsel on instructions from their respective parties submitted that this matter has since been settled before TNMCC and that terms of settlement have been reduced to writing by way of a memo captioned 'JOINT COMPROMISE MEMO' dated 29.01.2020 (hereinafter said 'MOC' for the sake of convenience and clarity).

5. The said MOC duly signed by all the parties concerned has since been sent to this Court by TNMCC. The said MOC was shown to all the http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2

sli individuals to confirm the signatures in the same. All the four aforesaid individuals made a common request that these applications may please be disposed of in terms of said MOC and all the four individuals confirmed that they have signed said MOC after understanding all the clauses and conditions adumbrated therein.

6. All the aforesaid four individuals have presented their photocopies of self attested photo identity cards.

7. Instant applications are disposed of in terms of said MOC which along with photocopies of photo identity cards of the parties shall form part of this order.
