ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Shri Natarajan, counsel for petitioner, states that in view of G.O.(Ms) No.123, Home (Courts-IV) Department, dated 11.03.2025, the petition be closed.
2. Shri Prabakar states that the persons have been nominated and appointment orders will be issued based on the Government Order. He further states that appointment orders have to be issued by respondent No.1, Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority.
3. Shri Arokia Maniraj states that Thiru.T.Chakkaravarthy and Tmt.P.Gomathi have already been appointed and appointment orders, dated 25.03.2025, have been issued to them. Shri Arokia Maniraj further states they are expected to take charge tomorrow.
4. The copy of appointment orders are also taken on record and marked as "X" collectively.
