2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. It is seen that the Rent Control Original Petition was filed in the year 2011. Considering the long pendency and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the District Munsif, Alandur, to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.58 of 2011 within a period of four months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Courts. With the above lines, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
