Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from causing any disturbance to the women employees working in the 'Pollachi Surabi Manamagizh Mandram' at Kullichettypalayam, Kovilpalayam Post, Pollachi, Coimbatore District and also from interfering with the affairs and functioning of the said Manamagizh Mandram in any manner whatsoever.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from causing any disturbance to the women employees working in the 'Pollachi Surabi Manamagizh Mandram' at Kullichettypalayam, Kovilpalayam Post, Pollachi, Coimbatore District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on verification it was found that there is only agricultural land on the the place mentioned by the petitioner.

3. It is seen that there is no such place i.e. Pollachi Surabi Manamagizh Mandram as stated by the petitioner as such this writ petition is devoid of merits. Accordingly, this writ petition s dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
