This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 27.07.2017 made in I.A.No.56 of 2015 in A.S.No.61 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Ariyalur and order for the Appointment of Advocate Commissioner to note down the physical features of the suit property forming the subject matter in O.S.No.112 of 2012 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Ariyalur.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the main suit itself dismissed by the court below. Therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.
