These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 965 days in paying the deficient court fees of Rs.2325/- and 2350/- respectively in filing the CMAs.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.3564 and 3597 of 2025 are allowed.
