ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2017.
2. It is seen from the representation, the petitioner requests the respondents not to detain her son under Act 14. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
