This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 25.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15969 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and apart from that appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, expect for unavoidable circumstances.
