ORDER

The petitioner was called by the Police to enquire about the complaint given by one Jayachandran, regarding purchase of car on loan and issuance of blank cheques. The petitioner alleging harassment, is before this Court seeking protection.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that based on the complaint given by Jayachandran, the petitioner who have asked to participate in the enquiry, but she has not cooperated.

3. Taking note of this fact, this petition is disposed of directing the Police to cause summons to the petitioner for her appearance and thereafter, act in accordance with law.
