This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 146 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 24.01.2019 in MCOP.No. 4120 of 2015 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore.

2. Notice to the second respondent is dispensed with in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant. Though notice was served on the second respondent and name printed in the cause list, none appeared for the second respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered accordingly.
